I can provide in house Contract and Commercial ‘surgeries’ for a variety of Contractors, Subcontractors, Clients and Consultants.
These may be ad hoc or carried out on regular basis (these may be one day per month) where I visit the client’s office or site.
Here I address whatever issues you may have relating to contract matters, contract claims, potential or actual disputes together with any other matters that may relate to your commercial process or procedures.
I am able to give an impartial view on such matters that may assist in your understanding or perception of an issue; drawing from my wealth of broad experience gained whilst working under many forms of contract.
This can also provide clients with an opportunity to be ‘challenged’ on any matter before presenting it to their client, contractor or subcontractor.
These ‘surgeries’ can also be used as a Commercial Audit, testing contractual matters and commercial procedures, or may provide a client a regular opportunity to review any matters for which they do not have the time or available resources to progress ‘in house’.
