All payments due within 28 days of a month end invoice

General Consultancy - £ 800.00 per day (
inclusive of reasonable travel )
( Flights
and/or overnight accommodation would be charged additionally if the location dictates
)
This shall generally
be subject to the agreement of a specific brief and budget for the following
types of work;
- General commercial consultancy
- Claims preparation and management
- Adjudication support
Training days - Commercial Awareness / NEC etc
- £1.500.00 per day ( inclusive of reasonable travel )

and/or overnight accommodation would be charged additionally if the location dictates
)
The domestic arrangements will be as follows –
The client will provide the following –
- The Objective of the training in advance.
- Undertaking all administration required for training course delivery e.g. Invitations to staff, provision of delivery venue, refreshments, lunches etc.
- A suitable venue. In order to gain the best benefit this could be away from your office or in a dedicated room at your offices. In either case, this should be a room separate from other staff and free of external interruption.
- The room should contain a projection screen or other suitable display media
- A laptop compatible projector will also be required.
- The provision of refreshments prior to the commencement, at mid-morning and mid-afternoon, and lunch for the required number of delegates plus the trainer.
- Tea/coffee from 8.30
- Training commencing at 9am
- Comprising 3 sessions of approximately 1 ¾ hours plus questions and answers
- Completion at around 4 – 4.30 pm
- Intervals between sessions for refreshments and lunch.
Contract
and Commercial ‘Surgeries’ - £1,500.00 per day (
inclusive of reasonable travel )
( Flights and/or overnight accommodation would
be charged additionally if the location dictates )
The domestic arrangements will be as follows –
The client will provide the following –
- The Objectives of the “surgery” in advance.
- Undertaking all administration required e.g. Invitations to any staff, provision of venue, refreshments, lunches etc.
- A suitable venue. In order to gain the best benefit this could be away from your office or in a dedicated room at your offices. In either case, this should be a room separate from other staff and free of external interruption.
- A laptop compatible projector may also be required.
- The room should then contain a projection screen or other suitable display media for review of any information by those present
- The provision of refreshments for the day.
The
day shall generally be from 9am to 5pm with some flexibility, and can be at any
of your offices or sites in the UK. Further support can then be provided, if
required, to follow up any matters arising.
Clients
may require a series of days , or a single day on a more ‘ad hoc’ basis. Either
can be arranged by prior agreement.
‘Defined Cost’ Audit - £1,500.00 per day (
inclusive of reasonable travel )
( Flights and/or overnight accommodation would
be charged additionally if the location dictates )
The domestic arrangements will be as follows –
The client will provide the following –
- The Objectives of the audit in advance
- Access to any cost systems or information that may be necessary
- Undertaking all administration required e.g. Invitations to any staff, provision of venue, refreshments, lunches etc.
- A suitable venue. In order to gain the best benefit this could be away from your office or in a dedicated room at your offices. In either case, this should be a room separate from other staff and free of external interruption.
- A laptop compatible projector may also be required.
